Continuing a 70-Year Legacy of Educational Excellence

The Hazel I. Jackson Foundation was established January 19th, 2022, by daughter Cheryl Holland-Jones and granddaughter Amber Holland to honor the extraordinary life and lasting impact of Professor Emeritus Hazel I. Jackson—a pioneering educator who spent nine years breaking the color barrier in Lancaster County schools and a lifetime transforming barriers into bridges.
